An ideal repair kit for the maintenance and repair of semi-rigid inflatable boat floats.
This kit includes ORCA® Glue two-component neoprene adhesive (to be activated with the included RFE hardener) and ORCA® RFE hardener.
Kit composition:
- ORCA® Glue Neoprene Glue :1 liter
- ORCA® RFE Hardener : 54 grams
Features of Neoprene Glue:
- Specially formulated, tested and validated by ORCA® for optimum adhesion.
- For maintenance and repair of floats on semi-rigid inflatable boats and other inflatable structures.
- Available in 1-litre cans.
Features of ORCA® RFE Hardener:
- Significantly enhances the bond strength of pneumatic assemblies.
- Designed for bonding water-resistant neoprene materials, such as Orca repair fabrics.
- Suitable for all inflatable tubes on Zodiac-type semi-rigid boats and dinghies, as well as all other inflatable structures.
Instructions for use:
- Glue Activation:Add 5% to 10% ORCA® RFE hardener to ORCA® Glue, depending on the quantity used.
- Dosage: For quantities greater than 10 liters of mixed product, reduce the hardener quantity to 5% to extend the adhesive's pot life.
Treatment : The addition of ORCA® RFE hardener significantly improves the adhesion, cohesion and, above all, the thermal resistance of the final binder.
